Our luxury self-catering holiday rental village house is the ideal base tot visit many historical sites, golfing resorts and wonderful restaurants. You can choose.
ACCOMODATION AND AMENITIES
Ground floor:
Spacious living/dining room with an arched entrance to the domed ceiling dining area. Also on this level there is a study with fireplace and a long corridor leads a well appointed kitchen beautifully decorated with an eating area.
Next to the kitchen there is a guest toilet and access to a second living room which has many original features, here you can find a large log burning fireplace and French doors which lead onto the garden and the pool (built in 2.007). There is also a covered porch and the garage (2 cars).
1st. floor:
Upstairs, there is a large landing leading to 3 double bedrooms.
At the front of the house one of the bedrooms have single beds with fitted wardrobes, the other room is an en suite and has a double antique Catalan bed and fitted wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom is tastefully decorated in blue and white tiles complete with bath and shower.The second bathroom has yellow and white tiles and also has bath and shower.
The master bedroom of 40 sq.m. is facing the garden. This delightful room has a King size bed, 2 dressing rooms and an en suite bathroom, with walk-in shower, bath and double fitted washbasin set in a fitted wooden unit. This room has French doors with lead onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.
From this terrace there is access to a laundry room with washing machine, this room is also reachable from the garden by a stone staircase.
Adjoining the terrace we can offer our new covered porch and the games room containing a pool table.
In our luxury self-catering holiday rental village house the guests also have at their disposal a number of party games, cards, dominoes, chess, etc., as well as maps of the area and information on excursions, restaurants and places of interest in and around Costa Brava.

ON ARRIVAL
We will welcome you on arrival, we will show you around, explain any idiosyncrasies of the house to you, confirm cleaning days/times and hand over keys. If you have opted for any of our additional extras - e.g. a massage, extra cleaning, (see SERVICES), We will confirm all details with you.
On arrival you will find a basket of local goodies: a welcome sight at the end of a long and tiring journey. To make your first day as relaxing as possible, please note also that we can do a full grocery shop for you or even just pick up the basics to see you through your first evening.
