- -All bookings are made directly with Can Casellas owners, who meet and greet you.
- -Rentals normally start and end on Mondays but if you have a particular requirement please ask as we may be able to offer some flexibility at certain times of year.
- -Arrival after 16:00 h., departure by 10:00 h., except by prior arrangement.
- -Bed linen, bathroom, bathrobes and beach towels are provided.
- -Gas, electricity, water and central heating included.
- -We do not rent the property for more than 6 people.
- -Every week there will be a change of linen, towels and 3 hours of cleaning service.
- -Deposit: 30% of total fee (non-refundable) via international bank transfer.
- -Remaining 70% payment on arrival
- -Returnable deposit in lieu of damages or lost keys: € 400.
- -Check in or check out between 24 h. and 07 subject to 30,00 € surcharge.
